This strengthens our ability to improve efficiency, accelerate outcomes, and deliver greater value for clients through advanced AI-enabled delivery.
We are building deep-tech AI systems to fundamentally change how real estate, infrastructure, and construction projects are conceived, de-risked, and delivered.

The Role
This role sits at the intersection of AI agent development, solution engineering, and early product and business development. It is not about predefined playbooks or rigid, legacy processes. It is about building, testing, and scaling intelligent systems in close contact with real-world constraints, and turning early technical capability into durable, production-grade solutions for the infrastructure industry.
You may come from AI, engineering, data, product, or technical consulting. You might have been a founder or a new grad. Titles matter less than mindset.
What You Will Work On
Designing, building, and evolving AI agents and workflows that solve concrete problems in real estate, infrastructure, and construction
Translating complex, ambiguous industry challenges into practical AI-driven solutions, from early prototypes to deployable products
Working hands-on with early customers and partners to shape MVPs, validate use cases, and iterate rapidly
Supporting early product, solution, and operational decisions as we scale the Autonomous Engineer platform
Defining how AI is embedded into decision-making, delivery models, and everyday workflows — not just proof-of-concepts
Operating comfortably in ambiguity, moving between engineering, product, and problem-solving as required
