Product Manager – Engineering AI

London office, Vauxhall

Full time, 5 days in office

About Us

Since 2020, we’ve been on a mission to fundamentally change how our industry works – for the better. Real estate and infrastructure have suffered from decades of declining efficiency, high risk, and constant conflict. We cannot continue spending years and massive resources producing over-engineered, underperforming assets.

So we flipped the traditional value chain upside down.
Instead of engineering being a late-stage bottleneck, we’ve made it a fast, AI-driven front-end enabler. From day one, it creates value by planning higher-performing assets for owners, users, and society at large. With AI, up to 80% of today’s engineering work can be automated, freeing human experts to focus on innovation, oversight, and creating real value.

This is not theory. We come from the industry, and we’ve trained the Autonomous Engineer to solve real problems in real projects. The impact is powerful: AI can optimize technical systems to reduce material use by 20 percent. In a sector that consumes nearly 40 percent of the world’s resources, that is a massive sustainability gain – and an even bigger step toward competitiveness.

Ultimately, rethinking engineering, and jumping on that shift, is key to building a better, more sustainable world.

About the Role

We are now looking for hands-on Product Managers to help us extend our impact from real estate into infrastructure, water treatment, roads, rail, and bridges.

As Product Manager, you will:

• Set product direction together with management and domain experts.
• Break down today’s deliverables and challenge the status quo.
• Define and own product roadmaps across domains.
• Drive sprints, hackathons, and fast-paced delivery cycles with engineering teams.
• Transform user needs into AI-enabled workflows that disrupt how engineering is done.

Who You Are

• A hands-on builder motivated to disrupt and reinvent an entire industry.
• Several years of experience in engineering within one of these areas: buildings, roads, rail, bridges, or water treatment plants.
• Comfortable with technology – you can understand code, and ideally write a little yourself.
• Strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of business, engineering, and technology.
• Energized by working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals.
• Willing and able to work 5 days a week in our London office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product development and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.

What We Offer

• A chance to redefine how an entire industry works, with direct impact on sustainability and competitiveness.
• An ambitious team with deep industry knowledge and global vision.
• A fast-paced, creative environment where experimentation is encouraged.
• Competitive compensation.
